Personal History:
Experiencing childhood sexual assault at a very young age led me down a path of feeling unworthy and unloveable. I didn't always know what I wanted to be when I grew up, but I knew I wanted to make sure that the people around me never felt the way I did. I loved superheroes, and I loved Dr. Phil & Oprah; they felt like my heroes. I knew I wanted to be like them.
Although adopted into a good family, the trauma I experienced still showed its head in the relationships and choices I made, searching for love and purpose.
I first found purpose in raising children that weren't mine. Then found purpose in health coaching through Herbalife. Both my adopted mom and the company taught me about personal development. Once I got a hold of self help books and started to look inside of me for the answers, is when my life changed.
My entire life has seemed to lead me to this exact moment of being 30 years old and opening this business. Blooming Solutions is a place for me to help others achieve goals that life may have strayed them from for one reason or another.

Life Goals:
I dream daily about the time when I will have children of my own and/or fostered & adopted, as well as being married to the love of my life (current boyfriend of 3 years), and having an income producing farm: with chickens, goats, cows & horses, and a garden. I hope to have time freedom to be with my family but also prioritize coaching clients to reach their greatest potential. I aspire to be an author and stand on stages around the world inspiring others.
Work Experience:
❖ Age 12- Weekends, holidays and summers at Dad's Automotive shop. Learned a little how to work on cars; tires and oil changes but mainly how to look up the costs for parts and labor to calculate invoices. The importance of a clean work area; where you can find everything you need, keeping receipts for purchases and tax write offs, and the importance of managing your business money responsibly whilst keeping it separate from your personal accounts.
❖ When I wasn't at the automotive shop with my dad, I was at my moms tattoo shop. She taught me how to organize important documents, keep track of your money, create monthly spreadsheets, manage people, and give great customer service.
❖ Age 16- First official job that wasn't for family members; (babysitting, cleaning, organizing, or even decorating).
Serving at a local pizza place, I experienced hard work & what it was like to be in a toxic work environment under an owner who lacked effective leadership skills.
❖ Was happy to move along to a job at Dominos Pizza.
17 years old started as a customer service representative.
18 years old Making pizzas as a shift leader.
19 years old declined an offer for a general management position to move onto a different career. As a franchise, the importance of corporate trainings, consistency and good leadership stood out. I stayed on seasonally on and off for about 8 years.
❖ From ages 19-25 I started a career at a reputable independent Insurance company. Starting in the call center, helping to pilot new departments and positions, opening new offices, and getting my 440 license to work as a receptionist, to ultimately getting my 220 license and becoming an independent licensed agent. I loved learning about corporate policies and how it is important to always keep my mind open to changes that are necessary to make a company better on a consistent basis.
❖ I left insurance to open my own business called Get Fit With Brit. Selling energy teas & weight loss shakes, I offered family workout options at a local community center. The company taught me the importance of personal development. This was my first experience of financial and time freedom. I experienced failures & successes and grew from them.
❖ Diamond Tattoos- 2020-Continuous - Managing moms tattoo business-
- Grew team from 4 members (2 tattooers, 1 piercer, 1 receptionist/Manager) to 10 members (4 tattooers, 3 piercers, 1 cosmetologist, 1 receptionist, 1 manager)
-Advocated for increased earnings

-Remodeled physical appearance of inside & outside
-Changed systems - cc merchant, square tracking & reports
-Created systems of reports, checks and balances

❖ I opened Blooming Solutions in 2023, as my heart was aching to see so many people around me staying sedimentary. I believe people have a 'life desire' deep inside them called a purpose. However, it becomes too easy to get caught up in the needs and worries of everyday life. I feel it's my purpose to help people learn to balance the everyday worries, with the achievements of fulfilling their purposes. Happiness is success. What would make you the ultimate happiest?
